Q01. What are your
business hours?
A. We are open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 A.M. till
5:30 P.M. Late pickup after business hours is available, just make
arrangements ahead of time with the service department.

Q02. Will having Import Auto Stuff service
my vehicle void my factory or extended warranties?
A. No. Some consumers are under the impression that
only dealerships can service their vehicle in order to maintain the
factory warranty. This is not true. You are required to maintain the
vehicle according to the manufacturer maintenance schedule to keep any
warranty in effect; however, service can be handled at the repair shop

Q03. Do I need an appointment?
A. For non-emergency work, yes, if possible. Work loads
vary depending on what is needed for each customer. Setting appointments

Q04. Can I leave my car at Import Auto
Stuff before you open or over the weekend?
A. Yes, next to the front door there are envelopes in a
mail box and there is slot in the front door. Fill out the information
on the envelope, put your key in it and drop it through the slot. Be
sure to provide a phone number so we can contact you.

Q05. Do you provide transportation?
A. We offer shuttle service to your home or office in
the metro area, Monday-Friday. Call for an appointment. Rental cars are

Q06. What about emergency repairs?
A. If you need to have your car towed in, call
Connolly’s Towing at (303) 424-3445. We can apply the towing charge to
your bill and supply you with a separate receipt. We will make every
effort to work your car into our schedule and get you back on the road

Q07. Are rental cars available?
A. Yes, at a very competitive rate through Enterprise

Q08. Do you charge for checking out my car?
A. We'll do the initial inspection free of charge. The
only cost is your time. You don't get this service at most places.

Q09. Is Import Auto Stuff a member of the
Better Business Bureau?
A. Yes. We have been a member of the Better Business
Bureau for the past 10 years and we have an excellent standing with

Q10. Do you offer replacement and repair
for engines and transmissions?
A. Yes, we do at very competitive prices. We offer new

Q11. Do you have "trained" technicians?
A. Our service personnel have previously worked at the
dealerships and shops, and their experience levels range from 5-15
